Our clients have included individuals and multi-million dollar companies involved in discrimination claims and actions relating to restrictive covenants (“non-compete agreements”), severance agreements, change in control agreements, confidentiality agreements and the misappropriation of trade secrets. Our attorneys have substantial experience on both sides of employment litigation and regularly represent individuals in prosecuting their employment discrimination, sexual harassment, wrongful discharge and wage/hour claims as well as defending their non-competition or trade secret claims. Our attorneys also regularly represent businesses who seek to protect their proprietary and confidential information from unfair competition or defend employment discrimination claims.

Real Estate and Construction Litigation

We represent builders, contractors, subcontractors, material providers, businesses and homeowners in claims arising out of the construction, improvement, and purchase and sale of residential and commercial real estate, including the defense and prosecution of mechanic's lien claims.

Trust and Estate Litigation

We successfully prosecuted claims on behalf of beneficiaries to two multi-million dollar trusts and against a decedent’s estate in a will contest action, as well as defended and resolved claims against another decedent’s estate.

Landlord-Tenant Disputes

Our clients include both small and large proprietors and management companies throughout Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky, including a 600-unit mobile home park and clients focusing on Section 8 housing.

Shareholder-Partnership Conflicts

Our attorneys have experience representing owners of small and closely-held businesses in the prosecution and defense of claims against their fellow shareholders, members and partners, whether based on a contract dispute or an alleged breach of fiduciary duty.
