Ted CopetasTed is licensed to practice law in state and federal courts in Ohio. Ted graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1997 and began practicing law with Thompson Hine, LLP, one of the nation’s largest law firms, that same year. While at Thompson Hine, Ted primarily represented employers ranging from Fortune 500 Corporations to small businesses in employment-related litigation, with an emphasis on wrongful discharge, race, sex, age and disability discrimination cases, sexual harassment claims, wage-hour litigation, and restrictive covenants and non-competition cases. Ted joined Eberly McMahon in 2007 and now focus his practice on representing individuals in employment-related litigation. Ted’s substantial experience representing employers for a large law firm gives him valuable perspective in helping individuals assert their rights against their employers.
