Robert A. McMahonBob is licensed to practice law in state and federal courts in Ohio and Kentucky. Bob started practicing law with Rieck and Crotty, P.C. in Chicago, Illinois following his graduation from the Notre Dame Law School in 1993. He returned to the Cincinnati area in 1998 and joined the Business Litigation and Products Liability practice groups at Thompson Hine LLP, one of the nation's largest firms. Bob’s practice focuses on business and commercial litigation, employment disputes (with an emphasis on restrictive covenants, non-competition agreements, severance and change in control agreements, and trade secrets), real estate and construction litigation, trust and estate litigation, shareholder-partnership conflicts, and commercial and consumer collections.
